"I tried every avenue with Spicer Gas to allow them to resolved issues as I do not like to leave negative reviews . We purchased a gas stove from them with installation at the end of August. They did not even show up for the first two dates they confirmed in October. No call, no show. The man who did the estimate asked us to modify and close off a window and charged us for copper piping extension. When the installer came out he said that the tank could not go in that area and it was unsafe. Our bill was updated to reflect a credit for the money it took to fix the window and modified to reflect the refund of the piping not needed in October, but they still continue to send us the old nullified contract. We failed two inspections with the town. They sent technicians and inspectors onto our property (we have 3 dogs) without notifying us or setting up a visit . The gas stove they sent us was described by their own technician as looking like it "fell out of the back of the truck and rolled"
