"The professional from Accurate Appliance arrived on time and was very efficient. I thought that I may have needed a new pump and motor, or even worse, a new washing machine. I was informed that I only needed a drain pump and I do appreciate him being honest with me because I had no idea. The gentleman even put the bottom front panel of the washing machine back on, installing new clips all at no extra charge. I broke them when I was trying to troubleshoot."

"I have a Home Warranty with AHS and the Home Warranty company called A-1 Appliance to come out and do my repairs.  A-1 Appliance told my husband many parts were needed and would be ordered and they'd be back in touch to schedule the next visit.
 I heard nothing by 4 days later so I called the AHS and they knew nothing.  It turns out  that A-1 does not work on "sealed systems" but they did not convey that or anything else to my Home Warranty Company who also dropped the ball.  They next called New England Appliance Repair who came right away and also told me they needed many parts.  Instead of waiting days and days, N.E. Appliance expedited the shipment of the parts and they're return to my home so that within a couple of days the repairman Bill was back here repairing not only my refrigerator but my wall oven as well which was way off temperature.  I will tell AHS in the future that I only want to use N.E.A.!"

"I have to say I rang the Appliance guy as the local company in Provincetown refused to come out as I did not buy my machine from them. I spoke to both Paulo and Denise initially and found their service to be responsive, friendly and very professional. The Appliance Guy responded to my call immediately, set up service at a convenient time for me and were very reasonable in price. Paulo (the technician) was very friendly and very professional too. I even lost the invoice and they were prompt and responsive in getting a duplicated emailed to me for my records. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who asks. "Rich answered and returned his calls promptly and came to the house when he said he would. He was very personable and knowledgable. We had two other professionals in previously who could not figure out why the thermostat we had purchased for installation didn't work and what to do so we could change the old thermostat to the new. Rich knew we needed a different thermostat and offered to purchase it at the supplier store for us.The price was reasonable and he came back two days later, on a Sunday to install it for us, although it is not level on the wall. It works great and it is wonderful to wake up to a warm house in the morning."
