The NETR arranged the date and everyone involved in the installation showed up on time and performed in a professional, expert fashion. When everything was done, they explained how to work the unit and how to get an energy rebate. My only caution is not related to NETR, but make sure you have thoroughly evaluated your needs before going ahead.
