"This company was referred to me by the plumbing company I usually use. I live in a wooded subdivision and my house is surrounded by trees. I have a problem with tree roots clogging the sewer line. The service person(Chris) arrived within the time frame that was given to me. He checked the sewer line and based on the fact that I had a backup of the sewer, he snaked it out. He laid down tarp which was good because that part of my basement is carpeted. He was very courteous and professional and also gave me information on additional services I could use to work with the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with sewer line issues.

Plumber had to work in a small area to replace the pipe coupling and elbow. He did a very good job in a reasonable length of time.

The plumber could not make the original time frame because of extra time needed for the previous appointment. He did call ahead of time to let us know of a delay in meeting our appointment which was much appreciated. This was not a big issue his he was courteous enough to call us in advance. Again very good work.

He was also very helpful in discussing future projects regarding plumbing issues and sump pump questions. "I called Levine and Sons because the junction in the kitchen/laundry rooms overflowed during Christmas dinner. A few minutes later the toilet in the master bath overflowed from the bottom. I spoke to a very nice representative from there the next morning. She told me that a plumber could come to my house that afternoon. When I asked about the free estimate, she replied that it would be $69 for the service call and $99 for each drain. The free estimate only applied to larger jobs. I was a little dismayed but I was desperate, so I booked the appointment.
Zack, the plumber, arrived promptly as promised. He was nice and explained my house's drainage system to me, and where the clog could be. He checked the main drain and saw no water flowing. Then he checked the two areas that had overflowed and determined that the clog was at a junction between the main drain and the kitchen. He cabled the junction, and the water ran freely. He was right on target. 
Overall, I am very pleased with the service from Levine & Sons. They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.

"I had a very complicated problem with a wood burning fireplace with gas starter and previous companies said I needed to run a new gas line and needed a new liner for over $3000. The owner John of the company came out for free, located where my gas line originated with the shut off valve (that 2 other companies could not find), called an inspector and did research, and informed me my existing gas line that goes under the slab will work but we should do a pressure test. He performed this analysis for free.   I am hiring him to do a pressure test for $89 and if we go forward with converting our fireplace to gas logs, I will use this company.  John is very knowledgeable and professional.
