"Tom Ryan and his team did a wonderful job painting the interior of my house. They were meticulous, and finished the job in record time! Tom’s skills extend beyond painting - during the process of painting the laundry room, he discovered a leak coming from one of our showers on the floor above. He was able to identify the source of the leak, fix it, and install a new ceiling in the laundry room. This saved us a lot of money. In addition to being great workers, Tom and his crew are great people! They are easy to talk to, very respectful, and nice to have around! "Jeff was very responsive and contacted me pretty quickly after the purchase to schedule. It was easy to schedule a mutually convenient date. It was raining the day he was scheduled to come at 9:00 and he called at 7:30 to let me know we needed to reschedule. He came the very next day, exactly on time. Jeff was very professional and personable and before going on the roof asked if there were any areas of concern. I had two areas of old leaks (one in each bathroom) and showed those to him - the very reason I purchased this deal. I also knew that the flat roof on my front porch was long overdue for replacement. I could hear Jeff using a hammer a few times, When he was done he explained that the roof overall was in "A" condition (I had a new roof installed 16 years ago) and he had repaired a few nail pops/lifted shingles and fastened the flashing around the skylight and applied sealant. He also advised that the two areas with old leaks came from vent pipes that needed new flanges. As expected, he recommended a new rubber roof for my flat porch roof (it was not replaced when the house roof was done and is about 48 years old). He gave me what I think is a fair price to replace the pipe flanges and also quoted me a price for a new rubber roof for the porch that I think is fair. We scheduled the work for the pipe flanges but I deferred on the porch roof for now due to other pending remodeling. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I plan to use Jeff in the near future when I am ready to replace the porch roof."

"We discovered a small roof leak and called Consolidated. Van Stallings came out the next day and gave us a quote. We had used this company before and were so pleased that we didn't feel it necessary to look further. They came within the week and took two days to do the job. We had lots of roof! They went all the way to the plywood and had to replace 11 pieces (but we expected some of this). I liked that Steve the project manager took pictures of where the plywood was bad so I could see what they replaced. They removed the non-working power vent and added ridge vents where needed. All the various vent covers were replaced. New flashing was installed around the chimney and skylights. We also had a gutter system installed to help keep the leaves from clogging our downspouts so quickly. They use excellent materials and really do have one of the best warranties in the business. To finish off the job the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the area. They worked tirelessly and professionally.
