"Not cheap, but good. I had a rusty door hinge on a 10 year old front loading Whirlpool Duet washing machine. The repairman arrived in the two hour window that was promised. He agreed the hinge needed to be replaced and told me that the manufacturer had discontinued the part. He found one on eBay and purchased it there (after advising about the risk of buying on eBay.) He was back a week later and fixed the door. $260, but with luck I will get a couple more years of use out of this washer and dryer. The workman was very neat and took care to avoid leaving a mess."

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"
