"This is an HONEST contractor who knows his business. Professional, on time, and repaired my problem fast. Identified the problem the moment he opened the unit and had the part with him. Had the unit running in minutes and checked everything including coolant level. Very reasonable price. Keith is now our permanent AC technician. Highly recommended. "Everything went well! They were able to install the new unit sooner than expected. The guys, Mike, Riley and Andrew were professional, friendly and very efficient. They cleaned up any debris and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Mike Russell is awesome too. I have used O'Brien Service Company for many years and I trust them completely. Thanks, O'Brien, for another outstanding job!"

"I own six rental units in Wilmington, plus my personal house. James & Son has worked on several units and have installed 3 new units. I am thoroughly pleased with their quality service and their charges are more reasonable than the larger hvac companies in town that I used to use. Would strongly recommend James & Son for all hvac needs"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The service was excellent. The owner as well as all the workers were polite, courteous, on time, friendly, explained what their doing, and responsive to our needs."

"Dealen did a fantastic job fixing my AC unit and at a great price, 10 out of 10 would recommend him to anybody."

"They set up an appointment promptly and came an determined it was a defective valve in the Moen faucet. They told me I could have Moen send the parts to me for free and they would come back and install them when I received the part for their service call fee, or I could pay the fee now and install it myself. i chose to have them come back, which they promptly did and installed just for their service fee. I felt this was very nice and fair of them to do it."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

"M & R Services was outstanding. I was so stressed when I called and he assured me everything would be fine. He replaced my HVAC unit within minutes and was the lowest quote I received. I am truly impressed and will not hesitate to use this company again for all my installations, plumbing and handyman services. Thank you M & R Services."
