She also gave us suggestions for places to purchase reasonably priced and appropriate chair/sofa coverings. Julie and her assistant to pick up the furniture on the date scheduled even though it was during a snow storm. The work was completed on schedule and we are very pleased with the work."

"This is the second project I’ve done with Damon, and hopefully, not the last. I echo comments from the other reviewers that he is an artist and a perfectionist. My recent project was a complete set of kitchen cabinets and a large master bathroom vanity using rift-sawn white oak and painted uppers. The biggest change in my kitchen was replacing a large peninsula with an island. Designing the new island was challenging, but Damon took the time to visually lay out various sizes and configurations, until we finally reached a decision on the best size and location. Another challenge was figuring out how we could fit a dishwasher that was previously in the peninsula back into the cabinet next to the sink. Once we got to a final layout/design (both kitchen and master bath), Damon built custom sized cabinets and everything fit perfectly. He made many great suggestions for things that I never would have thought of. For example, odd sized spaces in the upper kitchen cabinets were made into a couple of pull out spice drawers and they are great! My kitchen had crooked walls and a sloping floor, but all the finished cabinets were plumb, level, and square. Despite being a one-man shop, Damon was able to stay out in front of the other subcontractors working on my project. He built the cabinet faces so that they look like one continuous piece of wood and they are beautiful! Damon finished off my kitchen by making matching pantry doors and windowsill. My kitchen and master bath are truly one-of-a-kind and I’m sure I will love them for years to come. Damon is a great guy to work with, reasonably priced, and consistently delivers the highest quality workmanship. I’m hoping to get on his schedule again soon for some custom shelving."

"Dean Patelli, the owner, came to our home and assessed the job, took measurements, brought samples and lots of <br />  catalogs showing styles and options.  He gave recommendations of tile companies that we should shop to choose  <br /> what we wanted -- there are so many options you have to look at whats available and prices.  Once we chose the tile <br /> Dean gave us a bid.  He asks 50% down, 50% on completion to customer satisfaction.  Once we accepted the bid and paid he gave us a best estimate of the time it would take and days he planned to be at our house.  Because of a high number of plugs, switches, telephone and cable TV outlets an unusual number of tiles had to be cut and custom fit.  Due to this, the job took a day or two longer than originally estimated. <br /> Dean is one of the most meticulous craftsmen we have ever encountered.  He was upfront with us when we told him certain things we wanted and he showed us why our preference would not be as pleasing to the eye as his recommendation.  He always offered suggestions on "better ways to do it."  He is also a problem solver.  A number of unforeseeable issues came up and he solved them easily.  He even helped with a custom solution to getting our oven to sit more evenly within our counters - no extra charge.   <br />  Counter tops are Dean's specialty but his tile work was impeccable.  The finished job looks incredible and I'm sure it has increased our home's value by more than it cost.  We would use him again without question. <br />"
