Mr.Moran, requested and quot;up frontand quot; payment for materails. <br /> Once the quote was accepted, a start date was determined. Mr. Morman procured all necessary materail and deliveried these to the work site on the agreed date and time. Work progressed rapidly with a minimum interuption to the household routine. The work site was kept clean with tools and material kept in an orderly manner. Upon completion of the load bearing wall, the temporary supports were left in place several days to allow the mortar to cure properly and fully. Mr. Moran return as promised on the date provided, removed the tempoary support and completed final clean up and removal of excess materials. <br /> Only after the work was fully completed and the owner was fully satisfied with the quality and completion of the wrok did Mr. Moran, request final payment. <br /> I would highly recommend TJM Constuction for any manner of home repair or construction.
