"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I recently had Sam service and install a new AC unit in my home, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood how to operate and maintain the new system. The installation was completed quickly and done with great attention to detail. My home already feels much more comfortable, and the system runs perfectly. It?s clear that Sam truly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. I highly recommend Sam for any AC repair or installation needs. Reliable, skilled, and easy to work with ? couldn?t ask for better service."

"In my experience, there is nothing not to like about this company! Ricky Lane, the owner, came to our house in Durham to estimate the need and cost. He was friendly and informative, and he offered a very competitive price. We scheduled a time after New Year's in 2023. The work crew was very professional. They replaced soft or rotten decking, covered decking with a waterproof underlayer, and installed the shingles of our choice. Afterwards they picked up every last nail. It's been five months since then, and everything is fine."

"It was a great experience. Fixed the problem others failed to find or fix. ."

"I recommend this family owed company...they were great at communicating with me..and the service was fast and great."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
