The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The bathtub support has given away some and the tub has detached from the caulking on wall."

""Bundling" a review for 3 jobs from January 2016 through March 2017. After a neighbor recommended another plumber to address a few minor problems, we found McCoy and are glad we did. While our "recommended" plumber indicated our low pressure was due to issues with our water supply line (since our PRV was open all the way), McCoy correctly diagnosed the problem as just the opposite - the valve was fully CLOSED. Our McCoy tech adjusted our pressure to increase flow while minimizing pipe noise in conjunction with a swap of three builder Delta showerheads for new Speakman heads. Late last year, Josh installed a new condensate drain through a wall in a bonus room to our vent stack to accommodate permanent installation of a dehumidifier. Scott (the owner) provided the quote and was involved in the design, and the solution is working perfectly 6 months later. Keep in mind that you are paying for high-quality, well-trained plumbers, so a service call to clear slow drains may not be the best use of their time or your $! In retrospect, $155 to clear two slow drains was a job better suited to my own or a handyman's abilities and pay scale!"

The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet.
