"The individual who came to my house to give me an estimate did an outstanding job explaining everything. Due to the extensive modification that would have been required to install a tankless water heater I replaced the existing water heater in kind. I would not hesitate to hire them for future work."

"I am completely pleased with the job done for me. They knew what they were doing from start to finish. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced my main sewer line from the home to the septic tank. The job was done fast and efficiently. I would definitely recommend 7 Brothers Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work done."

"Removed 20 year old water heaters. Installed tankless water heater. Very pleased with product. Plumbers were prompt, knowledgeable, explained all options available, gave us an in service of our unit after completion of installation. I feel like we received excellent value for the money. Would highly recommend this company."

"We had a great experience with Water Heater Experts. We contacted them a year before we actually had the work done and John was extremely knowledgeable about water quality and water heaters. Once we needed a new water heater he was quick in responding and the work was done in a day. We went with a tankless and he was helpful with tips on how to use it and be efficient with the recirculating. I am extremely happy and pleased and already enjoying hot water in 10 seconds versus the 1.5-2 minutes we used to wait!"

"Terry S and his assistant Dave D arrived on time, put down tarps in the basement to keep carpets clean, removed old water heater and installed new heater all before lunchtime. They simplified the water piping and cleaned up thoroughly. Both were extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and explained the temperature setting and recommended maintenance requirements. I will ask for them again for any future plumbing work."

"We thought there was a problem with the water heater, but there was actually a leak. Brad found the issue and got it fixed up right away. He was super nice and also arrived much sooner than expected. A++!"

"The water heater instillation went well. When the plumber left, I noticed that the diverter valve was still leaking. I called and was told that it would need additional work. The plumber didn't say anything about it before he left. I asked for a quote on getting that work done and was told she would get back to me. I didn't hear back and contacted them again a couple days later asking again. They just never responded. Never knew why."

"Did not go well. The brief plumbing inspection was something my husband and I do anyway. Turned on faucets and looked under cabinet to see if they leaked. The super deal cost $49 because it included a hot water heater flushing, the only real reason we hired them and paid for the “deal.” When time came to flush the heater, the nice young man said apologetically that they don’t usually flush heaters more than 10 years old because the sediment built up in the tank could cause clogs that they would not be liable for. Ours is 15 years old, so no flushing. I asked the young man to call his boss and tell him I didn’t feel I should pay for the flush that didn’t happen and THAT THE AD FOR THE DEAL DID NOT SPECIFY AGE OF TANK COULD PROHIBIT RISKY FLUSHING. The boss said I still needed to pay for the service call so I had to pay $39 for basically nothing since no flushing took place. The “inspection” took less than 10 minutes and as I said, consisted of turning faucet on and looking at pipe to see if it was dripping. I was taken advantage of by the boss. His ad was misleading or I would never have bought the “deal.” Angie’s List, you need to do a better job of vetting your “deals” to see if they are misleading!"

"Joseph was very prompt in calling back with an appointment time. Quick to give us a quote and always available for questions. He installed a new water heater in our home. There were a few minor issues with the install, but he promptly came back ASAP on a Saturday and took care of them himself. He is honest and a very good person to work with. Would highly recommend him."
