"The installation went well. They put in a smaller unit after checking our square footage and insulation rating in attic and the type of windows we have installed. They said our current unit was larger than what was needed and keeping the same size would end up causing the unit to recycling more (cut on/off), thus causing more wear and tear on unit and electrical costs.  It was our choice as to what size we wanted installed. We went with smaller unit and it works great and saved us $$$ by going down in size.. We were also told if we are not satisfied with the unit within one year, we could change it out for the larger unit.  We had some issues with the cleanup (this was a new crew). I called and they sent a supervisor out and the mess was cleaned up. He also checked the work that was done on the installation.  After having the unit for several weeks they did an follow up call to check to make sure the unit was working properly for us and inspect the unit. Great having the follow up and customer service. This is a great company with excellent service and also looking at saving money for the customer.

"Was hoping to replace just the actuator, but actuator model is discontinued. Stan's had previously replaced another damper unit in my house, so was expecting the same here. Price was higher than I think it should be, but was comparable to previous service. They use "standard" price list for services. Take that into consideration."

"The service was outstanding, as they called me first thing in the next morning (I purchased their service the previous evening at 9PM CST). Their service tech, Ryan came out that day to inspect and resolve the issue. He checked both systems and found that it was a dead AC battery in the smaller unit that was not allowing the system to provide the cold air. I decided to change the working battery on the larger unit also, as it was tested below the expected level of output. These batteries are expensive, but I prefer my AC units working effectively in the middle of a Texas summer. I was very happy with the service and price to resolve the issue on the smaller unit and signed up with their annual service plan. I really appreciate the fact that they came out on a Saturday to resolve the issue, as I had guests staying over the weekend and only reached out Friday evening to see if they could resolve (expected it to be the following Monday at the earliest). Simply outstanding service from the Rachel in the office to Ryan out in the field. I appreciate the quick response and resolving the issue so quickly. You guys have won my business moving forward. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
