"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. I was absolutely happy with the service and would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone."

"Very nice person and very professional. I would hire him again and i will refer to others. Very very happy with this company . He was 75.00 less than others."

"Plumber did a quality job and had a great attitude."

"I was skeptical if I could find someone to actually take on this job. I admit it was a tough job, went back and forth with Myles on it and he was honest from the first message. These guys are honest people who take pride in their work. They came to my house and wired up some security Cameras and did it quicker than they thought and really efficient. I'm extremely happy and have already referred two people to them. Don't hesitate to call these guys. They are very reasonable on pricing... I'm happy. I'm very very happy!! *This review was migrated from an affiliated account on Angi with an original submission date of 3/24/2017."

"We had concern for a gas leak, and he was able to trace through lines and test the full gas system. Incredible easy to communicate with, very communicative throughout the whole process. Would definitely hire again."

"My kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Called up Genesis Plumbing Repair and they were clear on pricing and time they could show up. Once they arrived, it took maybe 10 minutes to clear out a grease clog 65ft out from my sink. They made it look easy peasy! They're also a 24 hour on call service, if you have a plumbing emergency! It's very nice to have that service so close, here in Porter. They'll definitely be my go-to in the future!"

"It went very smoothly. Technician, Josh was very courteous and professional."

"From the time of the discovery of the failing old water heater to the time the new one was in and pumping out hot water was about 3.5 hrs. saved our bacon. We had a house full of family and friends and as usual this was the worst time for a hot water heater to die.
He was right on time, right on price and very professional. When several other plumbing companies could not get to me till Monday, this guy was on location in 1.5 hrs.

"They did an excellent job."
