"They were helpful and professional on the phone. An appointment was made for the next morning and they were there. They immediately got to work breaking down and clearing out the mess that was once my garage door. (I had crashed into it the day before.) They installed the new door which was better designed and quieter, and then pointed out the improvements and explained how they worked more efficiently. He tested the door -- and had me test it --several times before leaving. The price was exactly what he had quoted over the phone. When my husband arrived home that evening he said he could tell from a block away that we had a better garage door. He also checked it out (joints, etc) and said it was better made.
