"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Excellent service (on time, polite, professional and reasonably priced)"

"They were excellent. Availability was amazing. I’d had a different company look at the dryer. They said there was nothing wrong with it . Then I pointed out the exhaust tube. Oh whoops - they fixed that. When they said the rest of the dryer was fine without looking at it- I’d lost all confidence. I called IV. They came promptly. Listened to me. Thoroughly inspected the dryer. Gave me recommendations on caring for the dryer. Just incredibly knowledgable. Patient with my questions. I will use them for any future appliance needs."

"Fast , friendly service. Parts and labor was less than $200 for my dryer repair and that was a pleasant surprise."

"I’ve used ALL APPLIENCE REPAIR LLC twice now—once for my dishwasher and once for my dryer—and every time I’ve been extremely satisfied with the service. Oleg did a fantastic job on both repairs. He clearly knows his work very well and even shared helpful tips on how to extend the life of my appliances. What impressed me most, aside from his professionalism and knowledge, were his prices—they were surprisingly affordable compared to what I expected. If you need a reliable and skilled professional to fix your appliances, you really can’t go wrong with ALL APPLIENCE REPAIR LLC. I strongly recommend this company!"

"Nice man but after checking my washing machine and finding nothing wrong with it He suggested he could service both the washer and dryer and clean them so they would probably last longer. I agreed and he did the job. I think the $660.00 charge was too much for the service comparatively I think he did a nice job. I would have liked a an itemized receipt or and a business card Incase I need to call in the future but that was not made available so I am left wondering how to contact them if any issues arise after U use my washer and dryer."

"Cassie, the service person from Aire Serv, did an outstanding job. She clearly knew her job and was able to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confidant. I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie.
I will use Aire Serve in the future and, based on what Cassie told me, I have confidence all their people are good, but I will request her for future service.
