"Nice man but after checking my washing machine and finding nothing wrong with it He suggested he could service both the washer and dryer and clean them so they would probably last longer. I agreed and he did the job. I think the $660.00 charge was too much for the service comparatively I think he did a nice job. I would have liked a an itemized receipt or and a business card Incase I need to call in the future but that was not made available so I am left wondering how to contact them if any issues arise after U use my washer and dryer."

I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. "They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"
