"I asked for a service call after looking up his company online. I rec'd an email with a phone number at 11pm at night shortly after sending a request for service. When I did not respond, the serviceman called at 7am and set up an appointment for 8am the same day. He arrived promptly at 8, had everything fixed by 8:10. Very friendly and professional.
