"Hired Mike to remodel my kitchen, hang new cabinets with lights under them, lay hardwood floors, baseboards, and other work. After over a year the job is still not done and the deficiencies have not been fixed, despite his promises. The floors were not installed or secured correctly and the edges and sides stick up higher then the other boards and they pop when you step on them. The floorboards do not reach to the center island and there is a noticeable large gap between the floor and center island . The light fixtures were not connected and he left the wires just hanging under the cabinets. The crown molding was installed off center and not evenly connected. despite numerous promises the job is still not done or corrected despite him being paid over $15,000. Worse job and contractor I have ever hired."

"My story is long so please bear with me. My husband broke his hip and ended up having surgery and going to rehabilitation. Our bathroom was not properly equipped to accommodate his needs. I had 7 contractors come to my home and provide estimates to retrofit the master bathroom. To say that their estimates were over the moon is putting it mildly. I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did some research and found S&W Kitchens (Longwood showroom). I liked that they were family owned and had been around for a long time. My first encounter was with Amy who would be my design lead.
