"Love the Puronics system. We’ve been a loyal customer since July 2015. Never had a issue at all and have recommended to everyone that’s ever asked HOWEVER my only disappointment is we were told that they would remove and instal one time for free if we moved. We are getting ready to have our floor coated and although we aren’t moving we called to ask if they could unhook it for a week and hook it back up. (Same as a move in my opinion) and they said, if it’s not in your contract then it’s $500+ to do it. What a bummer!! So no matter what the sales person tells you, MAKE SURE ITS IN THE CONTRACT because verbal agreements don’t get honored."

"New drinking water Reverse Osmosis and whole house Water Softener. Water Test Results 1 month later: Pre Water Softener is 0 = SOFT In house after Water Softener 15 = HARD. Major difference. After a shower my hair used to be rough, hard and hard to brush out. Hairs on my legs and arms actually broke off. After installation my hair is soft and after 2 weeks my hair on my arms and legs are growing back. Ans due to the under sink 10 Stage Reverse Osmosis my separate sink drinking water Faucet and refrigerator water tast great the ice cubes are clear and now I save a lot of money not buying drinking water. And the owner Erik is the best! Very Professional, knowledgeable and helpful and answerd all my concerns and questions."
