"Allen recently serviced both of our HVAC units, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of his work. He performed a thorough inspection, cleaned the coils on both units, and identified and corrected issues that needed attention. Throughout the visit, Allen was professional, courteous, and clearly committed to providing excellent customer service. He carefully checked both systems to ensure they were operating properly and verified that the temperatures were exactly where they should be. What stood out most was how personable and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to explain the issues he found, what needed to be done to correct them, and answered all of my questions without rushing. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend Allen for any HVAC service needs. Great experience and outstanding service!"

"I called Fresh Tech AC on a holiday in the middle of the summer as my AC quit working. They came out, found the problem. Unfortunately I needed a new AC. They replaced it within a few days and re-positioned the system in my attic. My old system was approximately 20 yrs. old. The technicians are very professional and polite. My AC system is over two years old now and I have had no problems. If I have a question, they will come out or answer my question immediately. I highly recommend this company."

"Pretty good experience. They installed the thermostats quickly and took care of seasonal scheduled maintenance at the same time. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and at a reasonable price."

"A professional team come out. Provided a fair assessment of what needed to be done. My installation didn't require any additional changes in order to meet City of Houston codes, so the quote that was provided appeared to be in line with average for a basic water heater replacement. I was quit pleased with the service and end product. I would call Nick's Plumbing for feature service."

"Dave removed a ceiling fan that no longer worked and replaced it with a new one. Going above and beyond, he took the down rod off of the old fan so the new fan would hang exactly the same. He was super easy to work with and very professional. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends."

"We have used their services to build king beds, nighstands, a desk, and armoires. They have also installed two thermostats for us. They are easy to communicate with and offer reasonable prices. They are timely and efficient with their work. They keep their work space clean. Their schedule is flexible and they do their best to accommodate my preferred dates and times. I would recommend them to others and use their services again."

"I highly recommend this company!! They replaced my air conditioner and cleaned my air ducts. I couldn't be happier with the results! Jeff Lucas and his boss made sure I knew all of my options and stayed within budget. The team that came out for both services were thorough and made sure we were satisfied before they left. A great company!!"

"Mr. Mike has worked on our A/C unit, cleaned all of our duct work and air flow vents. Customer service is above any other. No question was left unanswered. Very thorough and work quality is excellent! Indigenous is now our ONLY AC and Heating Company!"

"Willie did an outstanding job removing and replacing an old Window unit. Great clean up and hauled the old one away. Will use him on additional projects coming up soon. A+"

"I appreciate this thoughtfulness on your part. I feel really great about having a company that cares about their customers. I was so pleased with the installation of my new air conditioning unit and with the thorough inspection done on my old furnace. Once again thank you so much for everything."
