There was a large firmware download that was required and there was still an estimated 2 hours left before the download was complete. They were willing to stay but I sent them home. The download finished but there was a problem preventing the unit from starting. Even though they do not normally work on Sunday Leonard came to our house and fixed the problem. He could have waited until Monday but we would have had a hot Sunday. Thatâ s customer service."
