"I recently had my old water heater replaced by 100% Plumbing Houston, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I called for an estimate, they were professional and transparent about the process and pricing. The technician, who arrived right on schedule, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and helping me choose the right new unit for my home. The installation itself was seamless. He worked efficiently, carefully removed the old unit, and had the new water heater installed and running in no time. He made sure to test everything and even took the time to explain the new unit's features to me. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they were. They put down coverings to protect my floors and left the work area spotless. My new water heater is working perfectly, providing plenty of hot water without any issues. I highly recommend 100% Plumbing Houston for any plumbing needs. Their team is reliable, professional"

"Dennis with PDI did an inspection of our existing water heater and then replaced it with a new system. He did good work and was helpful with all of his recommendations. I would use PDI in the future and would recommend them to others."

"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

"We needed 2 bathroom faucets and a toilet removed and replaced. Jonathan (the owner) promptly responded to my repair request. He and his son were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They completed the job in a timely manner, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was reasonable."

"Nickâ s Plumbing did a great job replacing/installing a new water heater. They were knowledgeable, prompt, neat, and safety-conscientious."

"Water heater issues began back in December on a Sunday. Warren’s reached out then with suggestions and guidance to resolve on my own. After limping for months, had them replace. Outstanding customer service. Made special effort to maintain the cleanliness of the work site (tarps on floors, etc.), worked quietly, efficiently, and very professionally. Very impressed with Warren’s. Will contact first on next plumbing project."

"They arrived, saw the issue, and offered several repair options, with costs, and advantages/disadvantages with each, and the costs for the repairs to my try at repairing the plumbing. Definitely my plumber from now on and definitely recommend him."

"I didnâ t have cash for a new water heater because I have already had several plumbing repairs lately. They gave me a good quote for the water heater and installation, got it approved for financing interest free, and had it installed in less than 3 hours!"

"Joel Long is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done to repair/replace piping, the flange and installed a new toilet. I will use Joel for all future plumbing issues. I highly recommend Longs Plumbing Services."
