Comments: Julio and his team did a fantastic job. My roof is 31 squares, Julio and his team were at my house at 7am and went right to work. They wrapped up the job around 6pm. What a great experience for me to have this work done quickly with high quality. The roof looks great. We also had new gutters installed and they make the overall appearance stand out, it looks like we have a brand new home. What was even better, when the crew left, you could not tell they had just installed a roof as you could not find any remnants on the ground of debris from the job. I highly recommend TH Remodeling to anyone looking to replace their roof. John Hazard was very personable, did not put a hard sales job on us, made sure we understood the process and what they were proposing, the needs for the different pieces and explaining what they might find once the roof was off and where additional costs may be. "I contracted with Paragon Remodeling Group/Safe Trust roofing for the installation of three security/storm doors, replacement of a gable vent and a minor masonry repair. The job was off to a slow start with multiple concerns involving the installation of the doors (life is never perfect and things don't always go as planned). Tom Hemmerle, the owner of this company, was contacted. He came to our home, inspected the job, assessed the situation and offered definitive solutions. "We needed the roof ripped off down to the boards.  The contractor stated they had to change boards but all was included in my price.  They showed up on time as stated and with a big crew,that were knowledgeable.  The roof was ripped off quickly and they immediately got to reroofing.I walked around the house with the contractor and everything looked great and they did a greatjob cleaning up afterwards. The gutters look great as well, love the seamless look."

"They were great experiences. We have worked with Platinum several times because we liked their prices, punctuality, and professionalism. The first time we hired them was to remodel our guest bathroom. We had a tub/wall combo that we didn't like and wanted to replace with new tub and tile. We got several proposals, but many of them were over priced and they always would end up breaking most of the bathroom. Platinum proposed a cleaner job also at a lower cost. It was great! We were not happy with how the cubby in the shower was made, and we didn't say it to them until after a few months, they still came and fixed it! The second time we had them was a few months later to remodel the kitchen. We wanted a bigger island and to get rid of a fridge in the middle of the kitchen and move it to a side. We asked them for a quote before we asked anyone else. We were so happy with the price that we didn't even ask other companies for any quotes. They moved the fridge and opened up space for the new fridge with the existing cabinets. The also installed the new island and re did the kitchen floor from tile to wood. They made it match with the floor we already had in the living room. It was great as well! Third time we hired them to put a wall outside our house. When we bought the house, it seems like the living room was an extension made on a deck. The underneath the deck was never covered, therefore the living room was always cold. Platinum put insulation and a new wall. We had at least 2 other contractors give us a quote, but then we finally asked Platinum again (we didn't ask them initially because we weren't sure they did that type of job). Well, they gave us a proposal and it was lower than the others, and again with guys we already knew. It was an easy decision. Then the last job we used them for was a few weeks ago to convert out master bath from a tub (kind of Jacuzzi) to a stand-up shower. They came to give us the price almost immediately. They were available for inspections, and they were even available for picking up permits or materials if I couldn't do it myself. I was very pleased with their job. I made a mistake getting the wrong tiles; they noticed when they started putting up the tile and saw the difference. I felt terrible, but they were so patient and helpful. They just removed the tile and waited for me to get new one. I really recommend these guys!!!! They have also done a few other smaller jobs in my house, like repairing a hole in the wall that my nephews made playing soccer inside the basement. Repairing a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Repairing a broken piece in the second floor wooden floor...I think I lost count. The price i am putting down below is only for the master bathroom as I don't remember the other prices."
