"Terrible. Brand new unit not even year old was blowing hot air. We have contract for 10 yrs services, labor and parts. Tech that came out was chit chatting with my wife about personal life instead of getting work done. We were also charged for them coming out on top of still paying for a supposed new unit not even a year old. If I knew this is how they are then I would not have chose them to buy a new unit from. Bad business my grandfather would say. Would not recommend this company to anybody."

"Had a 12 month contract for him to come out 4 times, once every 3 months. He had me pay the whole thing up front, then he came ONCE. After several months, I got a letter from his brother's company saying that I was referred to them. I called his brother's company and was told they were taking over maintenance contracts, but they weren't being compensated for the work they were taking on. They also wouldn't be able to make up for the missed appointments that Daniel didn't show up for. I have spoken to him on the phone multiple times over the last 6 months trying to find a reasonable solution, and each time he promises to make things square, but he never does. I called him one last time this morning and left a message that he didn't return. If you dig deeper online, you'll see that this guy has been fined by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in the past when he operated another business called Northside Wastewater Systems. Also... the address given for this business on Angie's List looks fake. There's a burger place and a cell phone store there. So, the facts are... he was fined by the state for his noncompliance with the Texas Water Code or the Texas Health and Safety Code, he took money from a customer and didn't do the work, then dumped jobs on his brother without paying him for anything."
