"Our AC went out on a Monday night - Reddi Services sent someone out that evening but before the tech, Joel, could get to our house it started raining so he had to reschedule for the next morning. He said he'd be here first thing Tuesday and he was! "I am so thankful I found KC Metro Plumbing. Water started to appear in front of my toilet. I called KC Metro Plumbing in the evening. LJ was out the next day to ***** the problem. He discovered the toilet was not level due to the rotten sub floor. When he removed the rotten sub floor, he discover the copper pipe the toilet was hooked into was bad. He replaced the sub floor under the toilet and this major pipe. LJ took the time to show me the bad pipe and floor before he replaced them explaining how much of the pipe he was removing, and how he was going to place the sub floor into the floor joist.
