This last unit was a 5 ton that lasted me almost 18 years - When talking w/ Robert he wanted to ensure that the size of the existing unit was accurate prior to replacement. He came over in his off time just to double check the ceiling heights and sq. footage and confirmed that we were good to go. He discover and issue with the control board being in suspend mode and cleared the issue. Tested the unit to verify it was operating normally. Great job, this was a Sunday and was not expecting service until Monday. Not many service providers would do that and not charge quite a bit of a premium."
