"We were Impressed by their knowledgeable staff and professionalism throughout the entire project. L&R Suburban Landscaping’s stone masons were true craftsman and great to work with. Their office staff kept us informed on scheduling and billing and were there to answer questions throughout the project. We were extremely satisfied with how the project turned out and we’d highly recommend them."

"Clark Companies of MN did an AMAZING job installing our gravel driveway. They took their time and made sure it was exactly how we wanted it. The guys asked us along the way how we liked it, of course we said we loved it! Weâ ve been living in our new build for about 8 months with use of only half our driveway, Clark Companies of MN came in quickly, reasonably priced and now we can finally use our whole driveway!!"

"Eric and his crew are incredible - listened to our needs and made recommendations on design and key features - then proceeded to deliver a porch better than we ever imagined. Every day we were excited to come home and see the progress made, and were amazed how quickly and smoothly the plan was executed. Constantly anticipating how the other decisions we were making on the remodel would be orchestrated and was genuinely engaged to help us achieve the best possible outcome (landscaping, painting, concrete, etc). Our other suppliers even raved about how excellent his communications and follow up was - simply a joy for them to work with too. The city inspector said it is the best made porch he has seen in years. A true craftsman we would be thrilled to work with again."

"Brian was truly visionary and one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet with.  In the end, we decided to go with a decking board replacement (rather than replacing the entire deck w/ a patio/retaining wall) just because this option would be less expensive, and the under-structure of our deck was already new. (The previous homeowners had replaced the understructure.)  However, if we would have decided to replace the deck w/ a patio, Impressions Outdoor Living would have been wonderful to work with.    <br />"

"Dan got back to me right away after leaving him a message on his phone.  He is located in the west suburbs, so was able to get out to our home to discuss the project within 1 week.  He gave us great suggestions, pictures and references of other homes in the area that he had completed projects that we could view.  He was priced reasonable, and he was able to fit our needs and timeline.  Dan & his crew were very courteous and professional and we were very pleased with all the suggestions he made for our project.  We would hire him again and would recommend to friends & relatives. <br />"

"I hired this firm on the basis of other Angie's List members, and it was an excellent choice. We had a very small space to work with and I wanted it to be appealing. Brett offered creative design suggestions on the shape and layout of the patio and walkway that make the space inviting and very attractive, and the crew did the work in record time. They ensured my complete satisfaction when I had questions and additional ideas as they worked. The entire area was left pristine at the end of every workday. I would highly recommend this company."

"Here's our neighbors' opinion of our 2017 project with The Mason's Touch: "Remove more trees in your front yard so we can see more of the stonework. It's beautiful" We needed to replace a cracked and tilting concrete porch and the brickwork on the front of the house. Aaron came over a couple times and came up with ideas for new steps, porch and front wall using natural stone that far surpassed our ideas and plans. The demolition involved busting up a solid concrete porch that was as thick as 36" is some places. Other companies shied away from even bidding but Aaron and Jeremy never flinched. In spite of hot, hard work, their dispositions were always respectful, happy and lighthearted which made working with them enjoyable. They worked very well together. Based on Aaron's recommendations, we made a couple of on-the-fly changes, such as types of footings. They worked out perfectly. Also, we really appreciated the option to choose our own custom blend of veneer stone for the wall and one piece, bluestone steps. Aaron's attention to details and his artistic use of small pieces really enhanced the beauty of the stonework. The project was completed about 10 months ago. It's as solid and as beautiful as it was last year. We love it and it surely enhanced the curb appeal of our house far above the cost of the project. We hope to use them again for an interior bathroom project. We give The Mason's Touch our highest recommendation. Cost: $26,000"

"Greg did a wonderful job. He planned and executed installing steps and a retaining wall/curb alongside the back of our garage. It helps us move from the front to the back of our property without having to tiptoe down a hill and cracked wall. Also, it looks great."

FAQs for outdoor kitchen building service projects in Spring Park, MN

Building your own pizza oven can be a cost-effective option if you already possess the necessary firebricks or materials and have the skills to complete the project. When you have the required supplies on hand, you save on material costs and labor fees. However, if you need to source every component, a pre-made kit may not deliver the same savings.

Fire bricks are engineered to withstand the high temperatures generated inside a pizza oven, protecting the structure from cracking or spalling. Standard bricks can fail under intense heat, potentially damaging the oven and creating safety risks. By using true fire-rated bricks, homeowners maintain consistent cooking temperatures, preserve the oven’s structural integrity, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. The modest increase in material cost is offset by longer service life and safer operation.

An optimal pizza oven installation positions the opening exactly between 36 and 48 inches above the ground to guarantee clear visibility and safe, comfortable access. This height optimizes heat distribution and ergonomic use. In addition, dome height can vary: shorter domes produce the signature soft, charred crust of Neapolitan pies, whereas taller domes are ideal for generating the robust baking environment required for New York–style pizzas.
