First visit they cleared the pipe of roots and the second visit installed a sleeve through the pipe to prevent future problems. He discussed our options, and we chose a Bradford White water heater. Mike arranged for an install the next day and disconnected the old water heater. At 8:00 AM the next day installers Cody Washburn and Sebastian arrived. The new water heater was installed in an hour and a half. The old heater removed and cleanup completed. We had hot water in less than 24 hours after our original call. Mike, Cory and Sebastian were very helpful and professional. We could not be happier!"
