"The tech, Matthew, did an efficient job of tackling the disassembly, but one of the faucets inner workings were just plain stuck from the years of being in place. He was fearful of breaking something. He explained all the options and provided a rough estimate of the cost to repair if I was able to get the stuck faucet removed, or the cost of replacing the sink and faucets. That was all I needed from him. Everything about their service was great - from the initial phone call to schedule service, through the communications via text and email of the approaching appointment, to the final timely visit from Matthew - the tech. Mask and foot coverings were worn without comment, which was nice, too."

"We decided to have our softener fixed instead for replacing. Did not choose Northern Plumbing for the task."

"I needed a water softener bypass valve replaced because it was cracked and spraying high-pressure water into the wall. Of course, this happened late Sunday evening. The person I spoke with at Boevaag that evening give me a couple of ideas to get through the night. (I decided to just turn off the house water, and we made do.) The next day, they came when they promised, were cheerful, professional, explanatory, and quick."

"I called them to fix my drinking water. The first time, it didn’t go so well but they came back the next day with a more experienced tech and with no excuses or extra cost, fixed the problem"

"Mike did an excellent job installing a new main breaker panel. The old one was a brand (Federal) that is well known to be unreliable and potentially dangerous. We feel much safer having this project completed by Randy's Electric."

"Jon was very knowledgeable and professional during our diagnostic call. He spent a good deal of time with us inspecting and diagnosing our issue with the water pressure and found some additional maintenance issues. Repair quotes were high for the job, but I would have confidence in his work if we hired him."

"We had a new toilet installed. We used a coupon and called the plumber -- the return call was very prompt. Barnabas was very polite, arrived within the hour, installed the toilet very quickly and did a great job. This plumber was great!"

"I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.
