He stayed very close to his initial cost estimate despite a few unanticipated changes. He checked in with me frequently to update progress and identified any obstacles he was encountering . He communicated clearly, was thorough, was fair, worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with the hours he worked, cleaned up and did what he said he would do. There was a situation where the crawl space was so small that he needed to have a smaller person get into the space to complete a section of pipe replacement which he will need to return to complete. He was great to work with and trustworthy. Highly recommend his services and work. "
