Once the requirements were agreed, with a good price for materials and labor, the install was scheduled for the next day. The team arrived on time, with the correct tools, product, and vigor. The old water heater was drained, disconnected, and removed. The new heater was installed per my requirements and plumbing code, filled, tested, and the operation of the equipment was explained. The installation area was cleaned and waste was removed. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
