Fortunately, Hoosier Refinishing had inserted a flyer in the Sunday Star and that is how I discovered them. Greg responded to my call the same day and, upon viewing my nine outdoor pieces, offered to do work on one of them...at NO charge...to be sure I was happy with the work before committing to the whole job. I was almost resigned to the idea of replacing all the teak with something else, thinking it could not be revived, so I could not be happier. And, Greg noted that their company also stores and cleans up patio furniture during the winter, so I plan to use that service every year going forward. This is a terrific company that lives up to their promises and delivers exactly what you want."

"They have done three jobs for me, including two jobs involving new concrete paths at two properties. The first two jobs were great, and I thought I was on to a winner. Sadly, it was not to be. With the third job, they were timely in providing a quote, but then needed nudging to provide a date to do the job (several weeks later). They then did the job, which involved installing new areas of exposed aggregate to match existing areas. The new areas ended up looking almost nothing like the existing areas, one of the new areas is not flat (water pools when it rains), and the clean-up was awful. I had to power wash three times before all the mess they left was gone (and even now a nearby exterior wall on my house still needs washing). I told them, and they said they would stop by to look, but they never did. I have now decided that the only answer is to cover the entire patio - new parts and pre-existing parts - with brick tiles in the spring. I was very disappointed, and will not use them again."
