"I called for service around 8:00 in the morning on a hot July day. Roy answered the phone himself and we discussed the problem. He arrived around 3:00 that afternoon and was able to diagnose a leaking evaporator coil. At my request, he also talked to me about some DIY maintenance items. Roy had a busy schedule but arranged to come back in two days to do the needed repair. He arrived an hour ahead of schedule two days later and how the A/C up and running in under four hours. In addition to the work I had contracted him for, he went above and beyond, replacing another faulty part without extra charge, cleaning up my outdoor unit, and even cleaning up the weeds I had let grown up around and under the outdoor unit."

Hope was the only one able to come out today, JP showed up promptly, was very professionally, explained exactly what he was doing, was thorough, took the time to answer my questions which was a lot of them and was able to get everything working like it should again. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"With living in an older house nothing can ever be easy, the pipe from the kitchen sink was not where it was thought to be but about 3 feet over in another wall.  After cutting a hole in the back wall of the cabinet he had to take some paneling off the wall and cut the drywall out to access the actual pipe that was leaking.  He did a great job in cleaning up and explaining what had happened and we were glad we found it now rather than later as it could have been a huge problem if gone unattended.  He recommended things to take care of the damp wood that had been leaked on before wall is put back on.  I will get this taken care of.  They were very responsive to the call first thing Monday morning and luckily were able to get the job done same day.

"Set a date and time for service ( actually it was a wet and raining cold day) and I really did not expect service on such a ugly day but DJ was there  and on time and did all work as expected. DJ explained everything to my husband and there were no surprises.

Any question I had for Rob ( the owner) he was easy to reach or returned calls or texts promptly.

"We were given a couple of options. Work was performed as quoted as well as scheduled. This type of customer service seems rare these days. Good old fashioned talented hard working people. These folks at least deserve the opportunity to quote your project. If there were any regrets, it was that we didn't find them sooner. We are very pleased with our new screen enclosure."
