"We wanted new gutters installed on our home.  Robert came out and quoted our job.  When we were ready to have the gutters installed he was able to fit us into his schedule.  The new gutters were installed on one visit.  Our home is a vacation home that we have been renovating. It was several weeks later that we saw the finished job. There was one area of the new gutter installation that my husband was not happy with. On a corner of the house the rain water went over the gutter instead of into the gutter.  During the cold weather the rain water was puddling up and freezing on the deck.  I called Robert and explained the problem area.  He sent one of his workers out to fix the problem area.   The gutters now work very well and we are happy with them.

They were incredibly professional and very accommodating. We worked together via phone and email because I work in CT. I never actually met them in person although my husband met the workmen who did the repair. It may seem weird but with my schedule doing it this way was SO much easier for me. I'm glad it worked for them too. 
The only negative thing I can say about these guys is that they didn't contact me once they received my deposit. I had to call them and make sure everything was all set and to find out when they were coming. But once I was in contact with them again everything went smoothly.

The painter (Eric) spent a great deal of time carefully prepping and repairing (compounding, scraping) my bathroom ceiling before applying two coats of paint to it.  Eric did a meticulous job, was highly professional -- even running to the store to buy an alternate type of paint that he thought would work better than what I had purchased.  He was right.  The job is excellent.  I highly recommend these folks for your painting needs!
