"He was very helpful in answering my questions and came out to give me a free estimate. He checked for moisture levels in the affected areas. He said that there is no current moisture and so unlikely to have a mold issue. It would have been very easy for him to recommend work to open up the walls to clean out and to take advantage of the situation. He also refused to take any payment for the visit.
