"Joseph and his crew showed up on time and ready for the install. They worked diligently for about 5 hours, completing the installation. The details and the reasons for the configuration and the methods of installation were explained to me, as was the operating procedures for the new system. Everything was cleaned up before the crew left. I would highly recommend Smart Electric"

"Mike and his crew are the best. I have an old, 1960s condo that I am upgrading slowly over time and have called on their services on a number of occasions. I have always been happy with them. This time Peter came out to install a bathroom light in a different location and upgrade some dimmer switches. He showed up promply, was thorougly professional and did the work efficiently while keeping the place clean. Not surprisingly, they tend to be booked out, but I find the wait worth it."

"I needed emergency electrical work as one section of my home electricity stopped working. Seatown worked me in first after hours, and then, we=hen a cancellation opened up, during regular hours. The technician patiently and thoroughly sleuthed out what plug switch had gone bad that caused others on the same line to stop working. Since one was the refrigerator, I was VERY happy to get it fixed."

"Installed a new breaker in my panel and did a great job. Was very professional and kind. I would definitely hire him again to do any electrical work i needed done."

"The electrical outlets on one side of my house plus my gas fireplace switch didn't work. They figured out the issue and fixed it pretty fast."

"Product Electric was a pleasant experience. They provided me with services I've never experienced before. The whole time they kept me in the loop, communicating all the steps through the whole project. I will definitely use them again."

"We spent weeks troubleshooting our dryer issue. I was very relieved when our technician, David, was able to repair the outlet and loose connections in the electrical panel after the diagnostic. I was happy with the price, response time, and overall experience!"

"It was a loose wire in bathroom outlet. If I was an electrician, I could have done it myself. Since I'm not, then I pay for a professional. He was very courteous and did a great job. Will call them again."

"Dakota came out a couple of weeks ago and checked out my electrical panel and quoted me the cost of a few projects. Today he came and installed three new outside outlets. I was impressed with his knowledge on the first visit and very impressed with his skills and the quality of his work today. He is a very approachable young man and was able to answer all of my questions. This is a 45 year old home and he gave me confidence that the electrical system is up to standards. I have used Hart for plumbing and electrical for almost a decade in my previous home, and started using them for hvac as soon as they expanded into that business. I’ve been in this house for almost a year and one of the first things I did was sign up for their customer care plan. I love ❤️."

"Superior Electric recently installed a smart panel with battery backup capabilities in my condo, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The system works flawlessly and has already given me tremendous peace of mind. John and Sam were outstanding to work with. They brought a level of honest, integrity and commitment that truly stood out. They explained everything clearly, answered every question and made sure I understood everything. Their communication through the project was excellent. They walked me through the entire process ahead of time and set clear expectation from the day of installation. They also work on some weekends which is VERY helpful with my work schedule. This shows how dedicated they are to their customers. If you are looking for a team that delivers quality work, communicates well, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, John and Sam with Superior Electric are an excellent choice. I'm extremely happy with the results."
