"After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.  

Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.  

It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.  

I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."

They drained the leaking tank and re-routed the pipes so we could continue to use the one tank. Later that week they came back and replace the other 15 year old tank with 1 high efficiency and a circulator pump. Rick and crew were awesome! We will use them again for any plumbing needs."

"Don't hire anyone else. If you're looking for a company run by someone who understands what customer service looks like, call Perma-Dry. 4 years ago we worked with Perma-Dry to install an internal basement footing drain system - they were prompt, responsive, and did a great job. We've had zero issues. We recently discovered an issue with an old external drainage system (not installed by Perma-Dry) which backed up during a thunderstorm. When I discovered the issue, I called Ryan (owner) to get some help; he showed up at 9am on a Saturday (his day off) and spent 5 hours with me troubleshooting the issue and coming up with a temporary fix until he could get a crew out to install a permanent fix. He not only was a huge help, but his attitude was incredible - he was actually having fun working on his day off. In the 12 years I've owned my house, I've worked with dozens of contractors and never had an experience like that. True customer service is a lost art, Ryan and his team have shown us twice that they understand how to take care of customers and care enough to do the right thing."

"We returned from an extended vacation to find that the kitchen sink(s) were unable to drain. We attempted to use a small snake to unplug the stoppage but failed. We called numerous plumbing firms without success. All were booked up for an extended period. We finally called Price Busters Plumbing even though they were headquartered more than 20 miles away. They went out of their way to schedule one of their technicians to come later in the same day. Nathan (Garcia) called prior to his arrival to verify location. He arrived on time and initially tried to clear the drain and trap with an automated "snake". The clog was so severe and remote that he was forced to go under the house to locate the problem. He transported the heavy automated device under the house, re-connected it to power, opened up the drain pipe and commenced to work the issue. After a few minutes he drain cleared and water drained freely. He was sensitive to our needs, knowledgeable, and very professional. Price Busters Plumbing advertised a special price ($89. + tax) that included a $10. discount in Angie's List. His efforts took and hour not including the extended travel time. We were charged exactly the advertised price. I can't recommend them, or Nathan Garcia, more highly. Truly, an excellent experience!"
