"Jeremy is AWESOME! My Maytag electric dryer wouldn't turn on. For more than a week, I tried working with another service to get the dryer repaired. They cancelled appointments twice. I found JC Appliance Services on Angi and was impressed by the reviews. Jeremy responded to my voicemail within minutes and carved out time the sane day to look at my dryer. He diagnosed the issue quickly (blown fuse within the dryer) and repaired it quickly...at a price less than half of what the other service quoted. I recommend Jeremy highly. If you need appliance repair or installation or plumbing work, contact him. He is fast, professional, courteous (he wore a face mask at my request since my wife is immune-compromised), and fair. Thank you Jeremy!"

"we hired JUSTIN to fix our washer which would not gointo the wash cycle. He arrived promptly and got to work immediately within a short time he diagnosed the problem and showed us the broken part to be replaced. He ordered the part from the parts house and returned the NEXT DAY to install it. His price was VERY REASONABLE and he said we should have many more years of service from our wash machine. We liked JUSTIN right away and his courteous and friendly manner was much appreciated. He is now our first choice for any future appliance repairs thank you JUSTIN from Marty&Kate!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Good communication and no hidden fees or bait and switch. Overall, very satisfied with the service."

"Highly recommend Home Squad! From our first interaction they made me feel like we were already a valued customer. We didn’t have a huge job, but they were professional nonetheless. I called them for an error code on our LG dryer and the tech was able to come out and get the issue resolved, as well as let us know about the things we could do to get not only our dryer, but all of our appliances maintained."

"Justin was my technician who not only provided a high level of customer service but was willing to follow up with me once the part arrived to my home. He respects Veteran's and did a great job in repairing the washer and making it easy for my family. I would highly recommend him and the company he represents."

"I was recommended to Hamblen & Bros from Judd & Black when I needed my new dryer installed (had to be converted from gas to propane). They went out of their way to fit me into the schedule as fast as possible. The owner also researched online to find the right conversion kit and made sure it was the correct one before doing any work. When one of the sons showed up (fitting me at the end of the day) he was super nice, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. He got the conversion done quickly and all is working great!"

"Lee and his crew dug in quickly and completed the job on budget. There were several times we needed to discuss my vision and what was most economical. We were always able to arrive at the best compromise that added value to the remodel and allowed the job to advance quickly. I have no reservations on using Lee Smith again for changes and repairs."

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
