Removed all the old carpet, base moldings, and fridge/stove.  Installed new wood, laced in with existing floor, custom trimmed a stair banister, sanded new and existing floors, and applied Bona Traffic Finish.   Dan was always punctual, professional, friendly, and knowledgable.  He is very detail oriented.  The dustless system works exceptionally well.  Dan is the person that works the job along with his associate every day.  He does not contract the work out like some others do.  That was important to us.  We are extremely happy with our new floors.  They look great!  We would highly recommend Dan, and will use his services in the future when needed. <br />"

"The entire project went very well and the finished work exceeded our expectations.  The marble floor is beautiful.  Originally, it looked terrible, and I thought there was no hope.    Steve, the owner, was very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and in coming out to give us a proposal for the work.   He described in detail the process and assured us that we'd be very happy with the work.  He is very courteous and competent.  We had a couple of bids on the work and his was the low bid.   There was a little communications difficulty in scheduling, but once we had the date fixed, it went exactly according to plan and was accomplished in a few hours.  Steve had a helper who did much of the work, but Steve kept very close to the job and was accessible.   He assured us that the job would be done with virtually no dust or dirt although the restoration process included grinding the marble floor.   I was surprised at how clean it was."

"Very happy with how thorough a job was done. We rented a house that the prior tenant had had cleaned by some cheapo outfit. He worked out of a minivan with what was one grade better than a rental machine, and half-a@@ed the job. Smith Bros came in and did a far superior job. They came before we moved in, so about a week after the other joker. Carpets that the rental agent said were “as is” due to stains, were cleaned to as near new as possible. It was my own dime, and it cost a lot of them. For 3 beds, big hallway, stairs, a small living room, and a 25x25 bonus room it was $500. A bit steep, but did twice as good as the other clown. And with 2 visiting grandkids on the floor, worth it."
