"Premiere Window Cleaning and its owner James are great!  The day before the scheduled day of service, my wife and I moved all the furniture away from the windows and removed the curtains so that the windows could be easily accessed.  On the scheduled day of service, it rained so hard that James called ahead of time to reschedule.  After telling him that our preparation for his cleaning had our home in a wreck, he came immediately to clean the inside of the windows and made another trip on a clear day to clean the outside of the windows . . . two trips instead of one.
