"I am selling my home in Westchester NY and during the inspection process, it was discovered that there was mold in my attic. Obviously it needed to be removed at my expense. I initially called another company, one of those national franchise type remediation companies and I absolutely flipped out at their estimate and the scope of work they were proposing. "They were amazing, quick to respond and very efficient and professional. They turned what could have been $10,000 plus in flood damage into much less and were able to save my furniture and cabinets! I would definitely hire them again! In the most recent storm the entire first floor of my home was flooded with 6-8 inches of water. In a situation like this, you don't want to wait. So i called them immediately. Within just a few minutes they were at my home accessing the damage and making a plan for repairs. They started work right away, moving furniture, drying and wet vacuuming everything possible. By the first night most things were dry and clean. Because of this, i was able to save all my furniture and Kitchen Cabinets. We are still working on the final drying and repair of the walls, but i have faith they will do the best work possible."
