"Contacted company 1week prior to arriving at our vacation condo. Appt was kept on time.When I spoke to initial Person in scheduling the appointment there was no talk about a service call fee. When the technician arrived as he was very courteous I was told there was an $89 service call fee even though they did not have the parts to repair or replace the AC cover.I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to order and at that point they would pass on the project. The technician also told me that it felt hot inside the condo as it did feel a little warm I assumed it was normal As it was early in the morning and as the day went on I assumed it would get hotter and I will have to adjust the AC according to the temperature outside. as we have a home warranty with our property I decided to call them and schedule an AC tech to come out which would ve cost me $100. I made the appointment with them which is my home warranty company they came out and showed me that the breaker for the AC was turned off. There went $100.Whether it was intentional or not I was pretty upset as I for sure was not the one who turned it off.🤔 yet the Day before there was never an issue with my AC. I stated to the technician that I was never told about an $89 service call fee, he contacted the owner and they waived it.I then gave the technician a $20 tip and thanked him for his time. And a little upset at the situation but I m glad I was smart enough to know to contact my home warranty company.Would I call them again...NO"

"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

"I want to thank Angie's List for helping me know about local companies and all their information, to make a clear choice. I called the company and talked to the lady in the office. She was really helpful and explained the differences in the systems, cost and answered other questions I had. She took her time with me and didn't 'talk down' to me but made me feel at ease and knowledgeable of the products. She said she'd have Mike, owner, come out to check the unit I was telling her about and answer any questions I had. He was right on time and was great to explain everything in terms I could understand. He checked the unit and told me what was wrong and my options. I never at any time feel pressured to have it repaired or buy a new unit. I had all the information I needed to decide, and I took overnight to decide. He put a new part in my old unit, to get it up and running. He said he'd leave it in place while I was deciding what I wanted to do - repair or replace. My unit was about 20 years old, and was at the time not working. He was very nice and thoughtful and never pushy or intimidating. When the unit was installed several days later, a new thermostat was also installed. I was given instructions on it and how to set it up with my computer and cell phone. The old unit, and all the mess involved in the installation, was cleaned up and hauled away. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Great job and the nicest people."
