Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. "We have used Mr. Rorer's company for a few years and have been very satisfied with his work. In the past he has repaired our roof,replaced the gutter guards, installed drainage pipes around the exterior of our house and pressure-washed the house. Called him for an estimate on renovation of our powder room. He explained what labor was included in the price as well as the amount of time to complete the job. He arrived to start the job on time. He put on protective shoe covering when he entered our house and he proceeded directly to the powder room and immediately got to work. Installation of the items was completed in a reasonable time. Overall he was very conscientious, dependable and charged a reasonable price. We always trust him to give us the best service."

"The provider showed up on time and prepared.  There were some issues with the internal wiring of my house (1930s construction) that complicated installation.  He informed me of my two options -- one was to have the fan installed, but it could not be controlled by the wall switch, or the other was to rewire the wall switch and the wiring to the fan to allow the fan to be controlled by the wall switch -- at a substantial cost.  I liked that he was honest with my about my options rather than merely stating it would cost me extra to install the fan, given the age/condition of the wiring.

"Two employees showed up at my home on time to do an estimate on the few things we needed repaired to complete the sale of our home. The work performed is provided in detail. I was totally shocked at the cost for the repairs on the estimate but we went a head and agreed to having the work performed since we're close to our settlement date. I must say the work performed on everything except the electrical panel was top notch. I say this because the labeling of the electrical panel was completed by writing in Black magic marker what rooms were on each breaker. I was expecting at least to see printed labels used for what we were charged. I/we were expecting to pay $300 - $500 for these few things to be fixed but boy was I am thankful for the work performed but I wouldn't hire this company again only because their prices are outrageous.

"I contacted this company because I had excessive leaking from my chimney crown and facing. The leak also cause damage to my roof which Metro Chimney also repaired. I was quoted a price of nearly one thousand dollars just to repair the roof by another contractor but was told they could not do the chimney repair which caused the problem. Metro did the entire job for thirteen hundred and also threw in a complimentary chimney cleaning. They also texted photos throughout the day showing me the progress being made. Complete chimney crown replacement, flashing sealant, waterproofing and roof repair were all finished in a timely professional manner. I would highly recommend.
