"We were very impressed with the work. Steve, who owns the company, was on site with another worker. We were impressed, since he has other trucks operating in the area. They did a super job, inspecting our chimney and cleaning it. Even showed us video of our chimney and made suggestions on other repairs that should be done. There was no "hard sell" but he was very specific about some minor repairs that would provide more energy efficiency. He was very professional and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. They were excellent to deal with on the telephone and came out the next morning on time. The owner cleaned out the chimney and showed me all of the leaves that had fallen down, partially blocking my hot water heater vent. He cleaned everything out and suggested that we install a chimney cap. Our home inspector had also suggested a cap. He immediately installed the cap and mesh around it - done and cleaned up within an hour. Very professional. "Len and  his partner worked on two different days and  arrived a few hours late on the first day but had the wrong phone number to contact me.  They were however able to complete the work that I needed to done very satisfactorily.  The did not have a tall enough ladder to install the ceiling fan but did return a few days later having rented an appropriate ladder from Home Depot.  Hanging the fan was clearly a two man job and they did a great job.  Although they did not have the proper ladder initially they were willing to get the rental and return to complete the install.  The ladder was huge and they had to transport carefully on their truck.  I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to complete the task.  They were friendly, professional and very accommodating.  I originally purchases the 3 hrs of 2 handymen services for $275 and paid an additional $175 for the fan install which included the rental of the extra tall ladder from Home Depot.  The job did take them an additional hour plus and was not an easy task.   I will definitely hire them again and referred them to my sister.
