"I called Dave because we are remodeling a 1918 home and I wanted to have the floor joists inspected. Dave was so great. He gave me recommendations for my joists, he walked me through basic home maintenance items that I was not doing and not even aware of. He also gave me information about additional items that I should consider outside of the scope of my project. He seems to really care about what he does and I am so appreciative. He was someone you would want to deal with as a customer which is good for the company. The price was more or less the going rate if I am not mistaken but I am not sure. The analysis took them at least two hours, maybe closer to three hours. There was nothing that I didn't like. He was knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. Some engineers have poor social skills but he was a nice guy and I went along with him so I could see what he was talking about instead of reading a report. I would recommend them to other members."
