"The Highlander Waterproofing team arrived on time. They were cordial, evaluated the the job and began work immediately. They were very professional, having the knowledge and skills to successfully complete the job. Would highly recommend Highlander Waterproofing, excellent job in reinforcing and strengthening the basement wall."

"I wish I had hired them first! I hired another company to fix my moving bowed and shearing basement walls. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. The work was thorough, and I feel good about it. And even better, they'll be out in 6 months to ensure everything is working as it should and make adjustments if needed."

"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It was a very positive experience and I recommend them to anyone needing waterproofing or foundation work done"

"I am delighted with the results! Areas of my home that were eyesores to me are absolutely beautiful now! Steve is very knowledgeable in his field and exceptionally conscientious about his work. He was able to fix anything he encountered, and he was able to answer any question I had throughout the process. Additionally, Steve takes a lot of pride in the end result of his work; he constantly checked and rechecked all of the areas, and he always had me check everything as well throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. He and his crew did an excellent job of cleanup daily and once this project was finished as well. This is the first time I have had a contractor do such a large amount of work, and I admit to being nervous since this was a new experience for me. I am so glad I didn't let that get in the way, and that I had his company do this job! Steve is a consummate professional ? there is absolutely no way I could have done all of this and had such excellent results. He and his crew went above and beyond all expectations that I had. I absolutely will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and I also absolutely will not hesitate to have him do any other work of this nature that needs done in my house.

"I found them on Angie’s List. He showed me pictures of everything and what he took out. He showed me the work and it wasn’t like made up or anything. He took pictures before and after on the roof of the part that was rotten and after he redid it. I was happy with him. I looked afterwards and there was no complaint. They did it in a timely manner, like they said they would. There were rain delays and it wasn’t their problem. They never tried to change the price on me. They cleaned up like nails and stuff in the driveway. I checked the driveway and there weren’t any nails or anything. They did a pretty good job. They did fine and it was a good job. I did have other estimates and they were okay. They called and asked if anything was wrong, and it has been a year. They got delayed and the work got a little hurried but it was damp and they couldn’t get to it. They did everything they were going to do. They didn’t try to cover and not replace certain things to make more profit, and I see all new gutters and everything."

"They did a good job, but some additional yard clean up was needed to be done after they had finished."
