"Karlin said he would make sure the ramp and roll-in shower would be finished as needed for my husband to come home from the hospital and they were. The ramp is beautiful and totally matches the exterior of the house. He has already started some of the work at the new house and it is all exceptionally done, as I knew it would be! It is always very easy to work with Karlin. He is very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and very particular about the quality of his work as well as always true to his word on pricing (which is always very reasonable) and the timely completion of work performed. I was pleased with the subcontractors he uses, too! We have been having Karlin doing work for us for 10 years and we will call no one else to work on our home!"

Sand D was the least expensive (1/2 as much as the highest bidder, although the other two contractors' costs were close to Sand D's) -- and this made us nervous. After much deliberation, however, we chose to go with Dave and his crew and we are very glad we did! Dave's estimate was very detailed, he was very responsive to requests for clarification before we decided on a contractor, and his crew showed up ready, willing, and able to do an excellent job. <br /> We have not had any rain since the work was done so cannot comment on this.
