Henry was fantastic in helping us get the estimates and make selections to be able to begin our remodel. Tony, our project manager, was on site regularly to keep tabs of the progress and was helpful with suggestions. All contractors were respectful and knowledgeable at their craft. We also had many other projects done including changing standard slab doors to six panel, almost all of the flooring throughout our home, changing the stair treads and spindles and almost whole home interior painting as well as our powder room remodel. "We hired Statewide to repair a leak in our ceiling and to change our shower fixtures and replace tiles in our shower. I contacted Juan and he promptly returned my call and came to our house to give us an estimate. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"Rob was outstanding and gave me the straight dope on unneeded services that some national plumbers try to charge for services such as pipe inspection. He took the time to explain when a pipe inspection is needed and the most likely scenarios of a clogged kitchen drain (usually something stuck in a bend in the pipe vs a problem with the mainline). 
I had called Rob after hours and he returned my call an hour later. Unfortunately I had ran off to Home Depot by that point and had rented an electric auger. Rob guided me to what the issue was and I ended up fixing it. So I called back to cancel the appointment for the next morning which is what we agreed to do since I had already rented the equipment. 
Going forward Rob is my go to plumber in the area. Period.
