He came with my new water heater and explained what he needed to do and installed it without any issues. He put tarps on my carpet and stairs and I think he gets credit for leaving my work area cleaner than when he arrived! He took my old heater (which was 35 years old and very heavy I’m sure) with him and the whole installation was a nonevent for me.
