He was here at 9am as promised and left at 12:30. Job was finished and looks great. Gave him $350 as his work was worth it."

"Tim is professional and prompt guy. I got free estimate from many roofing company. They said $10000~ $12000 for replacement of my old roof. My house is 1780 square feet. I wanted to save money and to find reasonable cost with pro. Finally I found Tim & his team. They are honest and professional. "Estimate/seeing space - late and rescheduled once. 
I run my own business so took off a day and scheduled a day for the painting a few weeks in advance.  The morning the work was to be done I called after they were late and was told they weren't coming.  He had been at the firehouse all night and was still there.  Not one of his other 3 employees or him tried to call the night before or early in the am to let me know.  I love those that volunteer but when people are counting on someone to show up, it is no way to run a business. 
He rescheduled with my husband to come 2 days later - I had to work so my husband had to work from home to accomodate the change.  We had company coming into to town so needed it done asap. 
Actual work was fine and completed in the time they said.

"Wanted an estimate on getting a fence repaired or replaced. Never heard back after a couple of calls after they said that they would stop by on the next available appointment, Wednesday. I ended up calling Scrapper Smith to have the fence removed. Scrapper Smith removed the fence the next day at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Scrapper Smith!

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."
